MIDO in 3 words?
Elegant and understated yet always sporty
How would you describe the Baroncelli Caliber 80 Chronometer Silicon?
A classic yet modern watch that can be worn every day or at a chic evening event. An automatic watch with a complex internal mechanism that isn't overly technical.
When would you choose to wear the Baroncelli Caliber 80 Chronometer Silicon and why?
I think it's a watch that can be worn every day. It goes with my wardrobe and isn't too "showy", even though its quality is plain to see. If I have an official evening event to attend, it "dresses me up" even more magnificently.
What is your favourite model in the Baroncelli Caliber 80 Chronometer Silicon range?
The model with the steel case, black dial and black leather strap. I chose this model because black goes with everything and I often wear this colour.
As you know, Mido is inspired by architecture. The Baroncelli is thus linked to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. What do this monument and city inspire in you?
I saw the Galleria for the first time with my parents when I was a little girl; I remember being impressed! When I go back to Milan, I like to walk through the Galleria and admire its remarkable architecture again and again…
For me, Milan is the city of design and fashion. I love Milan and its furniture fair in spring. It represents inspiration and creativity, art and craftsmanship all at once.
