A long anticipated event to unveil a vibrant Special Edition

Seoul, September 2022 – Mido invited some selected guests to the captivating and architectural Mood Seoul in Sovit Island for the launch of its latest novelty, the Ocean Star GMT Special Edition. For the first time, the Swiss watchmaker had the great honour to welcome among its many attendees, the renowned South Korean actor and Mido brand Ambassador Kim Soo Hyun.

The massive ocean LED screen at the entrance of the event made guests feel like they were floating in the ocean. They also experienced the pieces first hand at the Touch & Feel Zone and took photos in the Europa Point Lighthouse photo zone to commemorate the event.

An enjoyable evening full of surprises, with the night landscape of the Han-river providing the perfect backdrop to unveil this Special Edition. An ideal setting to meet the multi-talented celebrity, Kim Soo Hyun, chat with Mido’s President Mr. Franz Linder, and discover the Ocean Star collection. All while experiencing the musical stylings and visual splendour of Korean media artist DPOLE.
